Zorbing FAQs

What is zorbing?

"A sport in which a participant is secured inside an inner capsule in a large, transparent ball which is then rolled along the ground or down hills".

What is the difference between Harness zorbing & Aqua zorbing?

Harness Zorbing: For 2 people

Being securely harnessed inside our 3.6 metre pod, the riders will then roll around and around, over and over. This is an adrenaline-fuelled ride.

Aqua Zorbing: For 1 or 2 people

The rider/s jumping in with 60 litres of cold water if the weather's hot or warm water if the weather's cold will be pluged inside the inner pod, before being launched downhill slipping and sliding. This is a fun ride.

How do we get to Go Zorbing London?

Please go to find / contact us »

Am I old enough?

Aqua riders must be at least 7 years old.

Is there a height or weight restriction for the Harness Ride?

Yes, there is a weight limit of 100kg per person.
All riders must be between 4.5ft and 6.5ft

Is there a height or weight restriction for the Aqua Ride?

Total combined weight of 200kg between the 2 riders. No height restrictions.

* We do not assess weight on the day due to the sensitive nature of the topic; therefore it is imperative that you are 100% truthful. Exceeding the weight restrictions may compromise the harness system and put you, other customers and staff at risk.

If we believe you exceed the weight restrictions we reserve the right to refuse a rider.*

What will I need to bring on the day?

You will need to bring your confirmation e-mail or have it accessible on a smart phone along with your voucher.

For the Harness experience you will need a change of clothes. We also recommend that you wear clothing that protects your shoulders and neck as you will be wearing a harness system. Be prepared for taking part in an additional ride at a discounted price, so check what you need for both rides.

For the Aqua experience you will also need something suitable to wear inside the pod. We recommend shorts and a t-shirt as well as a towel.

Zorbing is an outdoor activity so we recommend not wearing your best clothes or shoes and being prepared for the weather.

What happens on the day?

On arrival you will be checked into our reception and asked to read through and sign a GO Zorbing London entrance form disclaimer. Once signed you will choose a ride and be given an approximate waiting time where you can sit in our viewing area and watch rides before being called up for a briefing. Now it's your turn for your experience.

How long is the whole experience?

Please allow 45 minutes to an hour for your zorbing experience; however it may take longer.

Will zorbing go ahead in the rain/wind/lightning?

Yes, Zorbing events run in all weather conditions. Please wear weather appropriate clothing and the correct footwear as we are a forest venue and as such it can get muddy in places. We are unable to rebook anyone due to bad weather as staff are in place and we will still be running your event, so if you are booked in, you must attend regardless, otherwise your vouchers will be lost.

You will need to remove all jewellery before entering our pods.
