Covid19 Zorbing Activity Exchange or Refund Form

Zorbing suppliers globally have struggled also with the impact and repercussions of Covid-19, with many now ceasing operation and manufacture of Zorbing equipment. All of that combined, and with the uncertainty in the near future, we have had to make the tough decision to close our forest doors for Zorbing events in the UK for the foreseeable future.

It may return at some stage (we keep our fingers crossed), but it won’t be in 2021 and we do not want to keep anyone waiting on that news for future years.

We are offering full refunds, or as a thank you to all of our loyal and understanding customers, we want to offer a ‘Added Value’ Activity Exchange for any live Vouchers or Bookings, who have waited patiently for the chance to go Zorbing again since the pandemic hit. The aim is to give people the chance to have an amazing outdoor experience worth more than your original purchase price.

This ‘Added Value’ Activity Exchange is valid for either Paintballing or Forest Laser Tag, which are both open fully under the current restrictions as ‘Outdoor Team Sports’. Exchanged experiences will be open ended (you can choose a date which suits you), not name specific (so they can be used by anyone) and valid for 1 year. They will be emailed to you as a booking confirmation, ready to be applied to a date. Paintballing is ages 10+ to Adults, and Forest Laser Tag is Ages 6+.

i.e A Zorbing Experience worth £80 can be transferred into an incredible Paintballing or Forest Laser Tag experience at Go Paintball London or Go Laser Tag London. We’ll also round up the value where possible to give you the most for your money.

It’s with real sadness that due to the global Covid 19 pandemic and the understandable government restrictions on social distancing, it has been impossible to run Zorbing events, due to the enclosed nature of the Zorbing balls themselves.
